The Mississippi Valley Conference was initially formed by Civic Memorial, Highland, Jersey Community, Mascoutah, O'Fallon, Roxana, Triad, and East Alton-Wood River High Schools. Other team members included Billy Good, Jack Good, William Hartmann, and John Mullin. Cincinnati Country Day's Hayden Zimmerman led MVC participants in every event - on vault (67th), on bars (56th), on beam (72nd), on floor (71st), and in the all-around (57th). The Knights were led by Larkin Woodward who finished 23rd, just two spots ahead of teammate Liam Woodward. Although unofficial, it looks like several MVC squads could be playing next week.
