I think I read it in three days but I cant recommend The Grace Year. I would have been okay with keeping the poacher twist reveal, without any added romance since it drastically slowed things down. Feeling rejected, Charlie, an artist, is drawn into a destructive new relationship with her sexy older co-worker, a "semifamous" local musician who's obviously a junkie alcoholic.
