Bowers Mansion - OFFERING VISION AND VOICE TO THE WHOLE STORY At the top of the mansion is an observation deck with splendid views of the high desert in the valley below. I was very uncomfortable that people were taking off their mask and no one said anything. They educated us on the equipment, the background of the hospital.
